Please ride with us to honor cyclists who have been killed or injured - we'll assemble at the parking lot south of Panera Bread, just northwest of York Rd. & Hahn Street at about 6:45 PM. We'll roll out at 7:00 after a short introduction/briefing. This is an Elmhurst Bicycle Club ride, guests welcome with signed release, helmets required, no headphones, 18 or older (10 or older with parent) and able to ride 12 miles at 10 MPH average. Evanston Ride of Silence is partnering with Wheel and Sprocket and the Evanston Bike Club. Ride will start at Chandler Park and end at Wheel & Sprocket bike shop. In Memory of Jan Briese, killed on May 26, 2005, while leading her Thursday morning Joliet Bicycle Club ride as she had for more than 12 years. Starting at the Memorial Stadium, 3000 W. Jefferson Street (Rt. 52). Line up at 6:45 P.M. Ride rolls promptly at 7 P.M.

We ask that all participants be over 18 years of age (or at least 10 years of age with an adult present), and physically capable of riding a bike for 10 miles at a 10 MPH average. In the interest of safety, we ask that all participants must wear helmets!

Come and honor those cyclists who have been killed or injured - we will begin assembling at Upper Glen Oak Park in Peoria around 6:30 PM. After a short introduction/briefing, we'll begin our police-escorted 10 MPH; 8.2 mile ride across Peoria. We ask that all participants be over 18 years of age (or at least 10 years of age with an adult present), and physically capable of riding a bike for 10 miles at a 10 MPH average. In the interest of safety, we ask that no child trailers be used, and all participants must wear helmets!
