|Notes:||The ride will start promptly at 7 p.m. behind the Wawa on Coastal Highway (south). CyclIsts are asked to come to the starting point at 6:30 to sign the ride waiver and for predatory remarks. We will have a State Police escort at the head of the ride and at the rear. Riders will use the shoulder to the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal where they will loop under the bridge and then head north to return to the start. Sussex Cyclists Michael Tyler and Bobbie Dunham are the organizers of the ride. There is no entrance fee, no sponsor or rules regarding the kind of bicycles or who can participate. It is open to all cyclists. Cyclists requirements: all must wear helmets, ride no faster than 12 miles per hour and in SILENCE to memorialize cyclists who have died or have been injured in cycling accidents with motor vehicles.|

|Notes:||Wilmington, Delaware's 4th Annual Ride of Silence will be hosted by the White Clay Bicycle Club and the City of Wilmington. We will depart from the Porky Oliver Golf Club at 7:00 PM, on May 18th, for a 10 mile loop around and through the City of Wilmington. Our average speed will be 10 mph.|
Volunteers from the City of Wilmington's Police Bike and Motorcycle Patrols will escort us as we ride. A city truck, with a ghost bike mounted in the bed, will lead the group.
