We will ride in a slow, silent procession to honor cyclists who have been killed or injured while cycling on public roadways.
Over 74 bicyclists have been killed in the Kansas City area. The Kansas City ride will honor those and other bicyclists.
Participants of all abilities are invited to join the procession. The ride will not exceed 12 mph. The names of those who lost their lives while riding their bicycles will be read during a brief ceremony followed by ride protocol, safety instructions, and the ride.

Saint Joseph

Notes: Saint Joseph Ride of Silence will start at Bartlett Park at 7 pm. We will follow this general route. North on the Parkway to
Noyes Blvd. to Frederick Ave. Down Frederick to Downtown over to St. Joe Ave. North on St. Joe Avenue to Grand Ave. to Maple Leaf Parkway to Corby Parkway to Ashland Ave. and back down Frederick Ave. to 8th St. South on 8th to Garfield Ave. to 22nd St. to the parkway and back to Bartlett Park. If you would like a longer ride, a group will meet at the REC center at 5:15 pm, which will meet up with the Ride of Silence at Bode at 7 pm. A route map will be on our Web site www.stjoebikeclub.org, and yes we are going down Frederick twice. The route is 13 miles.
